Web heatmap analysis

See exactly where visitors click, scroll and give up.

One line of code on your site. Two weeks later you get heatmaps of every page, replays of the visits that went wrong, and a ranked list of what to fix first. Then, if you like, we fix it.

How it works

Three steps. You do the first one, or we do it for you.

Step 1

Add one line

A single script tag with your site key. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix or hand-built, it does not matter. We can add it for you on any site we host.

Step 2

We record for 14 days

Real visits on real devices: where they click, how far they scroll, where they rage-click a button that does nothing, which forms they abandon and which errors fire.

Step 3

You get the report

Heatmaps per page and device, the 25 most frustrated visits replayed and written up, and the five fixes that would have changed those visits, ranked by how many people they affect.

What you see

Not a dashboard. Evidence.

Click heatmaps

Over the live page, per device: what gets clicked, what gets ignored, and where inside each button people actually tap.

Scroll reach

The line on every page where half your visitors have already left. Usually above the thing you most want them to see.

Rage and dead clicks

Repeated clicks on something that does nothing. The clearest signal of a broken or misleading element.

Session replays

Watch the visit as it happened, with a friction score and a written journey: device, source, pages, what went wrong.

Abandoned forms

Which field people give up on, without recording a single character they typed.

Errors

Script errors and failed requests tied to the visit they broke.

Full report

Printable: overview, ranked findings, per-page table, and a write-up of the worst visits.

Fixes, if you want them

Our web team makes the changes on your site and we re-measure the next 14 days to prove they worked.

Example replays

Two real test visits, rendered from the recording.

Replays are stored as page events, not video, so nothing you see here was filmed. The cursor, taps and scrolls are the visitor's. Typed text is never captured.

Mobile test visit. Taps are drawn as rings, the finger path is interpolated from the recording, pauses over one second are skipped.
Desktop test visit. Cursor path and click rings come from the recorded events; the info bar shows device, friction score and rage or dead clicks.

Privacy

Built to be safe to run on a business site.

Nothing typed is recordedForm values, passwords and hidden fields are skipped at the browser. We see that a field was abandoned, never what was in it.
No IP addresses, no query stringsCountry only, from the edge. URLs are stored without parameters. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.

Recording needs about 30 visits before patterns mean anything; very quiet sites may need longer than 14 days. Add a line about session recording to your privacy policy; we give you the wording.
