Refund Policy • Eligibility: Refunds are available for returned goods that meet our return policy requirements (see Return Policy section). • Validation: All returned goods will be inspected to ensure they are in their original condition. • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days from the date we receive and validate your return. • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. • Deductions: If the goods are not in original condition, or if the return is due to a change of mind, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. • Exclusions: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item supplied).
